FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

1. Are the 3D walkthrough and the physical model for the final jury mandatory?

No. But it would definitely raise your stakes in the final jury.

2. How many students can submit from a college?

There is no limit in the number of entries from a particular college. We appreciate maximum participation.

3. Can we enter as a group?

Yes. Both individual and group (a maximum of three members) participation are accepted.

4. Is it required to submit a bonafide certificate issued from college?

Yes, details such as the batch and registration number, College address, a college authorization letter on the official letterhead stating the names of each team member are necessary.

5. Can college jury sheets be submitted during registration time?

Yes, during registration you may submit the sheets submitted for the college jury, but in A3 format only at. Candidates will be shortlisted based for the final design competition based on this submission.

6. Should we remove our name and college details after shortlisting?

Yes. The participant’s name and the college name shouldn’t be mentioned anywhere on the sheets.

7. Is . Do we need to submit the hard copies of the declaration form?

These are not needed for the first phase. But the shortlisted candidates should produce the hardcopies of the declaration forms, duly signed for the final jury.

8. Is there any limit to the number of entries shortlisted from a college?

No.

9. Do we have to submit the design for the competition during registration?

No, only the 10 shortlisted individuals/groups need to submit the designs based on the competition.

10. Is there any registration fee?

No, there is not.

11. Can I share the project on social media before the announcement of the winners?

Projects may NOT be shared before the announcement of the Winners.
